This company is a well-known manufacturer in the local area that are looking to bring on enthusiastic, innovative and motivated people to join their growing business. They are a leading employer in the South Wales area and offer excellent internal training programmes and have an extremely low staff turnover.
Role & Responsibilities:
- To maintain and install mechanical equipment to ensure all mechanical equipment.
- To weld and fabricate products.
- Carry out maintenance on a variety of equipment both from planned and unplanned situations.
- To evaluate both mechanical and process issues and must be conversant with the principles of pneumatic and hydraulic control systems.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant Mechanical qualifications
- Previous experience of working in a Manufacturing / Heavy Industry environment
- Understand pneumatic and hydraulic control systems.
