Roles & Responsibilities:

To assist company compliance activities to ensure full compliance with regulatory and quality standards by implementing, reviewing and monitoring the organisation’s processes, procedures, products and services.

• Monitor Internal Non-conformances, updating the INC register, carrying out nonconformance investigations and following-up on corrective actions.
• Providing data analysis on Internal Non-conformances, identifying and subsequently carrying out overarching investigations into significant trends
• Monitoring change requests, ensuring relevant evidence is collated on submission, sending requests out for approval, following up on implementation actions and sending out regular updates.
• Day to day running of the document control process

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a Quality Compliance based role
• Good understanding / experience non conformances, document control, Change Request management
• Previous work with management systems and ISO standards
