Sales Manager - Land Systems (ST22080) Horsham, England

Salary: GBP65000 - GBP85000 per annum

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager - Land Systems to join a great manufacturing company priding itself on quality.

 

With no day ever being the same the Sales Manager - Land Systems role offers career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Locate and deal directly with end users, prime contractor, and systems integrators to identify sales opportunities for products and systems.
    • Provide input to the strategic plan to ensure profitable development of the UK Land sectors.
    • Provide input to Business Plans to build, monitor and control opportunities pipeline.
    • Prepare budgets and sales forecast for the Land sector.
  • Be the customer voice within the organisation to align the organisation to customer expectations and further enhance the customer experience.
    • Co-ordinate and requirements for product demos.
    • Establish and maintain superior relationships with customers at all organizational levels.
    • Monitor and report on changes in market conditions, and likely impact on resulting product plans.
    • Enforce and follow Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policies

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Have market knowledge and presence within UK MoD
    • Have a Customer and Marketing shared focus.
    • Work well under pressure and build strong team / relationships to manage customer expectations.
    • Have an ability to self-motivate and sustain the passion and desire to win whilst managing long sales cycles.
    • Have an ability to understand customers and their needs to communicate information in a comprehensive manner.
    • Strong customer relationship building skills and understanding of their challenges

 

Package and Benefits:

  • Up to £85,000
  • Private healthcare, a share incentive plan, 25 days annual leave
