Global leading Client is currently recruiting for an AEM Adobe Experience Management project / Programme Delivery lead who has hands on experience with cloud platforms within banking implementations. Based in London, 6 Month rolling contract paying up to £700 per day.
Experience and skills needed for an AEM Adobe Experience Management project / Programme Delivery lead who has hands on experience with cloud platforms within banking implementations.
- Remit: Delivery Management of build of new Dynamic Experience Platform (DXP) on the Adobe Managed Service cloud, picking up the in-flight European roll out before moving on to APAC then Americas
- Responsibilities:
- Agile Delivery Management of build of new DXP on AMS platform across multiple work streams including Cloud Integration, Core Platform, AEM Upgrade
- Complete ownership of all IT governance (ITSA, LTO, SCF etc) for DXP
- Dependency management of multiple external teams
- Execution of quarterly Safe Programme Increment Planning, followed by daily tracking, reporting, communication of progress
- Some resource and financial management (though we didn’t cover this)
- Skills
- Proactive delivery management of distributed team and dependent teams
- Ability to be adaptable to changes or unknowns, but to ensure focus on plans/commitments
- Knowledge of IT Governance and attention to detail
- Upwards and outwards stakeholder management and communications
- Other: HDS is going through an internal re-org in which Dynamic Platform has moved into ‘Smart Channels’. This will introduce new ways of working, stakeholders, meeting etc that we’ll all have to adapt to
