About the Company:
We are working with a well-established business, within the Manufacturing Industry, who are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer on an immediate start. This role would suit someone who has worked across a small to medium sized standalone Accounts Payable function. This is a temp to perm opportunity based in the Western Suburbs.
About the Role
- Entering invoices into the accounts payable system
- Processing payments
- Filing and maintaining supplier records
- Checking and verifying invoices
- Preparing cheques for payment
- Experience dealing with complex invoices and payment plans
- Additional adhoc duties as required.
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience processing end to end Accounts Payable
- Experience in using Pronto or is desirable
- Comfortable working in a stand-alone capacity
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
