ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a family-owned manufacturing business that have a mission to enhance sustainability. The business are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer on a temp to perm opportunity with an immediate start.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Entering invoices into the accounts payable system
• Processing payments
• Filing and maintaining supplier records
• Checking and verifying invoices
• Preparing cheques for payment
• Experience dealing with complex invoices and payment plans
• Additional adhoc duties as required

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.

• Experience doing a system implementation is extremely advantageous
• Experience using Netsuite is highly desirable
• Manufacturing background highly desired
• Strong team player
• Excellent communication skills
