Executive Assistant (A1394793NY-Perm) San Francisco, California

Salary: USD200000 - USD220000 per year

Our client, an investment management firm with a focus on sustainability, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO in their San Francisco office. This role is five days in the office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide heavy calendar management via Outlook
  • Schedule meetings and prepare materials  
  • Track and process all expenses and reimbursements via Concur in a timely manner
  • Arrange all travel, mainly domestic, and all reservations and accommodations
  • Assist with reviews, events, and interviews
  • Work in close collaboration with other EAs

 

Qualifications:

  • 6-8+ years of experience, ideally some interest in sustainability
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Collaborative professional who can operate in the gray, manage up, and serve as a lead support presence
  • Experience with Outlook, PowerPoint and Concur
