Our client, an emerging wellness company, is seeking a Lifestyle Marketing Manager in Venice, CA. The hours are 9am-5pm with Mondays in the office and Tuesday-Friday remote. This is a unique opportunity to get involved early with an exciting new business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategies to boost customer retention
• Design push notification campaigns for customer engagement
• Manage the company’s customer loyalty and rewards program
• Implement strategies to reduce churn and use data to improve retention and address customer concerns
• Perform A/B tests to refine retention
• Analyze feedback from customers through surveys
• Monitor KPIs and report on the insights for further optimization

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of lifecycle marketing, customer service management in e-commerce or retention marketing experience
• Experience in wellness or activewear is a plus
• Well-versed in driving customer retention through digital marketing channels, email and SMS
• Experience in A/B testing
• Skilled with Shopify and data analytic tools
