Client Services Coordinator (A1403166NY-Perm) Los Angeles, California

Salary: USD72000 - USD73000 per year

Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support a group in their Century City office. The hours are 9:00am-5:30pm (some flex for OT) and this role is five days in the office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, handle mail and monitor phonelines
  • Assist with Zoom, Teams and WebEx meetings
  • Maintain office equipment such as copiers, printers and fazes
  • Liaise with office vendors and building management
  • Assist with new hire on-boarding
  • Manage conference rooms, catering and visitor needs
  • Ad hoc duties and projects to assist the office administrator

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an office role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Client services experience is a plus
  • Highly organized and accurate professional capable of handling confidential/sensitive information with the utmost discretion

 

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $73K base depending on experience + overtime + bonus
