Executive Assistant (A1395144NY-Perm) Los Angeles, California

Salary: USD94000 - USD95000 per year

Our client, a top global executive search and consulting firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant in their Los Angeles office. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm (flex to be accessible after hours) and this role is hybrid with three days in the office and two days remote.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform heavy calendar management, frequently adapting to last minute changes
  • Manage priorities and anticipate conflicts to keep a tight schedule running smoothly
  • Coordinate a high volume of international and domestic travel arrangements across time zones; book flights, cars, and hotels
  • Understand and adhere to Executive’s preferences
  • Proofread and edit contracts and resumes, managing information in CRM
  • Assist with updates on priority searches

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree required
  • 5-7+ years of experience in a support role
  • Flexible and resourceful professional who values a feedback centric environment  
  • Strategic thinker who can partner with Executive and manage up when necessary

 

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $95K base depending on experience + overtime + bonus
