About you:
Are you a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7) seeking a few shifts in January? Medacs Health care has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to complete a couple of shifts with our client at HMP Cardiff in Cardiff, to clinically and accurately check prescriptions and provide pharmaceutical advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinicially and accurately checking prescriptions and providing pharmaceutical advice.
- Medicines reconciliation.
- Supervise and support pharmacy staff.
Essential Qualifications:
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7) with:
- Master’s degree in pharmacy (MPharm).
- GPhC registration.
- Full UK right to work.
