About you:

Are you a Pharmacy Technician (Band 5) seeking a locum position? Medacs Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join an NHS hospital in South West London, to support them in providing the highest levels of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the accurate and timely production of all sterile and non-sterile products, making sure workload is prioritised appropriately and the various duties of the Technical Services staff are co-ordinated effectively.
  • To enhance the efficiency of the Technical Services unit by obtaining and maintaining accreditations for all in-process checks and the final checking of over labelled batches of medicines.

Essential Qualifications:

We are looking for an experienced and highly Pharmacy Technician (Band 5) with:

  • GPhC registration.
  • Previous wards-based experience.
  • 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
  • Full UK right to work.
