We are looking for Senior Marine & Coastal Engineering for one of our clients with the following details:

Company: International Engineering Company based in AL-Khobar, KSA

Sector: Oil & Gas - Shipyard

Duration of Assignment: Direct hire/permanent

Location: AL-Khobar, KSA

Proposed Monthly Salary: All inclusive – Including Accommodation & Transportation / month in SAR

Work Schedule: Standard 48 hours per week

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Holds a 4 or 5-year technical degree in science or engineering, reflecting Client's commitment to excellence in education and technical proficiency.
• Maintains active licensing with local engineering governing bodies where required by law, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Brings a wealth of experience, typically 10+ years, showcasing a strong background in discipline work.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of regulations, codes, manufacturing standards, and industry practices, aligning with Client's commitment to delivering sustainable change.

Leadership and Project Management:

• Possesses leadership experience, having worked in project leadership roles, emphasizing the ability to drive successful project outcomes.
• Skilled in estimating project costs and writing proposal content, contributing to Client's goals to be a leader in sustainability solutions.

Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Commitment:

• Assumes hands-on management and implementation of all relevant company HSE requirements, aligning with Client's commitment to safety and sustainability.
• Drives safe and sustainable engineering outcomes throughout the asset lifecycle, applying the Sustainability, Environment, and Leadership (SEAL) principles, showcasing a proactive approach to improving HSE performance.

Results-Oriented and Accountability:

• Achieves results set by self and others, meeting timelines, and pushing for stretch goals, reflecting Client's commitment to delivering value over the life of assets.

• Assist in business development activities by maintaining an up-to-date personal profile and resume, showcasing Client's commitment to transparency and credibility.
• Build positive working relationships with external parties such as customers, suppliers, and contractors, contributing to Client's collaborative approach in delivering projects and creating long-term value.

Team Collaboration and Supervision:

• Communicate team resource loading and skill requirements, aligning with Client's commitment to fostering a collaborative and skilled workforce.
• Mentor and train team members, supporting Client's emphasis on growth and development within the organization.

Project Execution and Quality Assurance:

• Participate in project execution strategy and planning, ensuring alignment.

Documentation and Communication:

• Gather data and prepare engineering studies, aligning with Client's data-centric approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Create final documentation incorporating relevant information, contributing to Client's commitment to transparency and accountability.

Specifications and Bid Activities:

• Incorporate information into equipment/material specifications, data sheets, testing requirements, and material requisitions, supporting Client's standardization efforts.
• Participate in bid clarifications, aligning with Client's commitment to delivering excellence in project execution.

Constructability, Operability, and Maintainability:

• Participate in constructability, operability, and maintainability reviews, aligning with Client's commitment to delivering projects that are viable throughout their lifecycle.
• Work with site personnel to resolve issues, contributing to Client's hands-on and customer-centric approach to project delivery.
