Senior Property Negotiator

My client based in Scarborough is looking to recruit an experienced Property professional to join their team. To be considered for this role you MUST have experience in all aspects of Estate Agency, especially business development and leadership
Duties:
Identify New Opportunities - Research and identify potential new business opportunities in the residential sales and lettings property market.
Generate Leads - Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and attract new clients through networking, marketing campaigns and partnerships.
Manage the existing landlord portfolio - Key is communication with our clients - in person, on the phone, by email, WhatsApp, text and using social media.
Carrying out Property Valuations\Inspections and viewings – Qualifying potential landlords and tenants, establishing their needs. Negotiate terms to maximize profitability.
Compliance and Legislation- Staying updated on the latest property legislation and regulations to provide accurate advice to our clients.
Achieve Targets - Meet or exceed new business development targets, KPI's and sales goals as set by the company
Lettings - carry out additional lettings tasks such as rent reviews, inspections and inventories.
Experience:
Demonstrate target driven background with a proven track record of over achievement.
Have excellent communication skills to ensure the development of strong working relationships.
Extensive local market knowledge and networking skills desirable.
Lettings and sales experience preferred.
Demonstrate a creative flair for social media and client management .
IT literacy with MS Teams, Office and Social Media capability.
