My client, a leading property investment company, is looking for a motivated, target driven and resilient individual to join their dynamic team. Specialising in property investment sales across the UK, they collaborate with property developers to present exceptional investment opportunities. Most of their properties are sold off-plan to investors both in the UK and internationally. In this role, you will focus on building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals looking to invest their spare income into lucrative 'buy to let' properties.
The Package:
Base salary up to £26,000 DOE
(OTE £80K+) - Generous, uncapped commission scheme
Monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales incentives
28 days holiday
Laptop & Mobile supplied
Team Social Events
Monday - Friday working hours
The Role:
Handle hot inbound leads generated through various marketing streams.
Manage a high volume of inbound enquiries on some days.
Meet daily KPIs for outbound calls to a database of warm leads.
Engage in professional consultations with clients regarding their property investment needs.
Use product knowledge to recommend the best investment properties based on client requirements.
Close sales over the phone, while maintaining a professional approach.
Handle objections confidently and create urgency without being pushy.
Some face-to-face meetings with clients, but the majority of communication is through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Build trust and rapport with clients through effective communication.
Required:
Must have at least 2 years experience in a telesales or property sales role
Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
Ability to compose professional and literate emails
Have a tenacious and determined approach to their work
Ability to handle objections and close sales
Knowledge or experience in buy to let property
A full, valid driving licence
Experience in dealing with high net worth clients
