Showroom Manager – Leading Kitchen Supplier
Location: Burnley

Join a market-leading supplier of high-quality kitchens with an outstanding reputation for exceptional products and customer service. We are looking for a Showroom Manager to lead our Burnley branch.
The Role:
Manage and inspire a small team, fostering a positive and productive environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both in-store and over the phone.
Drive business growth through engagement with new and existing customers.
Ensure high profit margins are achieved on all sales.
Act as a liaison between the branch and the senior management team, ensuring smooth operations.
Skills & Experience:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven sales and relationship-building experience, ideally in a trade, sales, or retail environment.
Ability to identify business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
Experience in kitchen sales is not required, as full training will be provided.
Personal Attributes:
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Friendly, confident, and approachable.
Adaptable and eager to learn.
Driven and enthusiastic about career growth.
