For our Customer Service & Sales Team, we are currently looking for employees who speak Italian on a native level to strengthen our colorful and motivated team at DYSON.

Dyson is the world market leader in design and technology and regularly launches outstanding innovations onto the market.

Your daily tasks:

• You communicate with your customers through different ways, such as telephone, email or social media and looking for solutions if they have problems with their order or their device
• In case of a serious problem, you agree to a technician visit or send the spare parts directly to your customers
• You inform our existing customers about new, exciting products as well as about additional products (cross-selling and up-selling)
• As you work, you use advanced diagnostic tools and Excel

• A full-time part-time job and regular working hours

• Working hours Monday to Friday between 8 -20 o’clock, weekend 9-18 o’clock, with weekend work there are 2 days off during the week, two weekends free per month
