Our Digital Practice specializes in Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. We recently won both the 2024 Microsoft Country Partner of the Year and Dynamics 365 Partner of the Year for Sales and Customer Insights reflecting the quality of our team and excellence in customer delivery across the D365 stack. We have a deeply experienced D365 team and continue to grow rapidly.

Our Digital Practice specializes in Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Power Platform Developer. This new role calls for a motivated individual who will be part of a dynamic team of highly qualified and experienced professionals. As a developer, the selected candidate will be implementing complex and impactful solutions for many household names in the private and public sector.

Key Role Responsibilities
The requested profile is expected to:
  • Develop solutions related to the key business requirements of the assigned projects according to agreed timescales and milestones.
  • Assess, design, and recommend component architecture, data analysis and data modelling to the Solution Architect when required.
  • Report development progress when necessary to the Project Manager.
  • Support the customization and configuration of D365 and Power platform applications as well as their integrations.
  • Participate in technical working groups, progress meetings, and meetings with the client.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, such as solution architecture, operational maintenance manuals and release guidelines.
  • Provide training, demos, and feature support to the business users.
  • Stay updated on the latest product releases and industry trends.
Education, Qualifications & Skills
Required skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/or Customer Insights.
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 custom development using JavaScript, TypeScript, and C#.NET. Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK and API integrations.
  • Proficiency with Power Platform solutions, Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Project driven individual, able to estimate and meet up to deadlines.
  • Good English communication, both verbal and written.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.

Optional but highly desirable skills:
  • Azure knowledge: familiarity with Logic Apps, Functions, understanding of Azure DevOps for pipeline implementation.
  • Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform certifications.
  • Possess a degree in a Computing discipline or equivalent.
