Senior CRM Developer - €700 Per Day

Leading department of the Irish Government has a requirement for a senior CRM developer.

The CRM developer will play a key role on a project due to start in Mid-Autumn, during which they will work closely with senior business analysts and the wider PMO team to understand organisational business processes and requirements. The role will focus a lot of Microsoft technologies, so developers with Power Platform Experience (Or those looking to advanced their knowledge/skills in this area) would be particularly well suited to this role.

While initially offered on a 12 month day rate contract basis, the nature of the project is such that there is a strong probability of it being extend well beyond this timeframe. Attendance for the role is on a Hybrid basis, with the Senior PM required onsite on a 2 day per week basis with the remainder remote.

Responsibilities of Role

1. Build high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade CRM systems.

2. Work with the relevant IT technical resources/ stakeholders to define the technical requirements, collaborates with the relevant parties involved and designs the supporting IT framework environment, taking account of the interdependencies for the solution proposed across the whole infrastructure.

3. Work as part of a team to write secure code and quality review same, to participate in the phases of the testing cycle (solution/ performance/accessibility and security) debugging as required.

4. Ensure interoperability between the various sources of information

5. Implement workflows within the CRM solution

6. Provide clear and concise documentation with respect to the solutions developed (functional/non-functional requirements, test cases, data dictionaries, etc.)

Essential Candidate Requirements

• Third Level Degree in IT/Postgraduate qualification, Computer Science or other relevant Area

• 7+ Years experience, a significant portion of which should have been spent on the design, development and/or implementation of CRM Systems

• All candidates should have a very strong general knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, and specific, hands on experience with Power Apps, Power Apps Dataverse, Canvas apps, model-driven apps and Power Pages

• Verifiable track record of developing public facing power pages/portals with clean design, good responsiveness/accessibility rates and which can support dual/multiple languages

• Ability to migrate data and functionality of legacy systems such as Access databases to the Power Apps environment.

• Have previously worked on enterprise level CRM projects that involved close co-operation with Business Analysts, Database Architects, Web Developers, Project Managers and other key IT professionals.

• Good documentation skills and a near native level of written/spoken English are pr-requisites for this role
