Vibe Recruit's client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator based in Cwmbran.
You'll enjoy a hybrid setup, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Your duties will encompass precise and prompt order entry, along with liaising effectively with customers, sales agents, and transportation firms.
Duties & Responsibilities
Order Processing
- Entering customer orders in a timely manner.
- Liasing with the Sales Team regarding customer orders.
- Taking payment, issuing proforma invoices when required and ensuring GDPR regulation is met at all times.
- Liasing with couriers and freight forwarders to ensure all shipments are despatched in a timely manner.
Collaboration with Stakeholders
- Working closely with internal stakeholders, including production, supply chain, quality and planning.
- Communicate effectively to align Customer Experience activities with overall business objectives.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of orders and invoices and ensuring all export documentation is produced correctly.
Person specification
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong administration background
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Knowledge of import/export processes an advantage.
