Salary: GBP23000 - GBP25000 per annum + £6k OTE
A market leading water treatment business B2B based in Buckinghamshire are looking for an Internal Sales Executive/Account Manager/Customer Service who will be supporting the Services Contract Manager in Sales. This role is looking after existing accounts and upselling the companies other services which includes maintenance and engineering after care.
£23k-£25k OTE £6K on top which includes commission and company bonus.

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities

• Own the process of identifying opportunities through to closure by using any and all
information currently available.
• Assist Services Contracts Manager in maintaining a forecast of the relevant
opportunities.
• Provide a commercially minded focus on sales and services activities
• Keep abreast of industry developments and legislations.
• Further understanding of relevant markets and technologies.
• Attain Monthly targets.

To ensure incoming calls and enquires are handled promptly and professionally. This
would include:

• Maximising the opportunities of any call by structured questioning
• Giving pricing on products and services.
• Taking messages
• To make structured outgoing sales calls to either existing accounts or
prospective accounts
• Preparing and sending quotations.
• Ordering and shipping spare components.
• To take on specific service related projects seeing them through to completion. This
would involve providing regular updates to senior management either verbally or in
written report format.

• To assist clients in the necessary service/maintenance requirements of installed
equipment.
• To complete and regularly update all paperwork and databases; to track and monitor
customer sites as directed by the Services Supervisor via the CRM system for the
effective running and monitoring of services activity
• To negotiate orders and achieve company sales targets, with guidance or within
guidelines set by the Services Supervisor.
• To supply all relevant information to assist the Office Administration staff in their role
where relevant to order processing.

• To have a statutory duty to observe all health and safety rules and to take all reasonable
care of your own safety and the safety of others who may be affected by your actions
• Other ad-hoc related duties as required.

There is great progression in this role, you will be working with the Services Contract Manager who will be a senior to you, from this you can learn from them – and potentially move into a Field Sales role in the future if that is what you are after OR you can progress internally!
