We are looking for a creative, passionate Reception Manager to take on the responsibilities of the Front of House department! £32k + Benefits + Hotel Discounts + Free Meals at the Hotel.

What we are after?


•We are looking for someone with Management Experience
•You must have worked in a HOTEL before, it just won’t work if you haven’t
•We are after someone who doesn’t clock watch but will be there to get the job done
•A real Team player who wants to work apart of a West End Family
•We want someone who can build a rapport with the high spending customers and the regular customers
•We are looking for someone charismatic and passionate – the team are very energetic and positive – passion for what they do is the main thing for them!

You will be managing:

•Guest Experience Manager
•Guest Relations x 3
•Receptionist x 5
•Receptionist Team Leaders x 2
•Concierge x 3
•Night Manager x 1
•Night Receptionist x 1

Time of work:
•Hours: 40 hours
•8 hours a day, but you will be asked to come in later to stay later with what the business needs.
•Flexibility is very important
•5 days a week, 2 days off, weekend work included
