Getting Married is one of life’s milestones and picking the perfect venue is always the hardest part but luckily this family-owned business has a stunning wedding venue in the heart of North London that cater to large Asian, Turkish, Greek, Jewish and other weddings! They are very busy and don’t have the time to follow up on all the leads and enquiries that come through, hence why they are looking for an Inside Sales / Lead Generation Sales Executive to service new enquiries and book in visits for the Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting:
•Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via phone, email or in person, providing detailed information about brands packages and pricing.
•Conduct venue tours for prospective clients, highlighting the venue’s features and benefits.
•Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
•Log all inbound calls and details onto the database.
Sales Support:
•Assist in sending welcome packs, contracts, and agreements for clients.
•Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accurate and timely information.
•Facilitate the booking process by preparing contracts, processing payments, and sending booking confirmations.
•Help manage customer accounts during the entire booking process.
•Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Managing Director to develop and implement sales and
•promotional activities and ensure stocks of good marketing collateral.
Customer Service:
•Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
•Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed client expectations.
