3 on 3 off – 1800-0600 – 38.5 hours per week

Purpose
Take charge of inspiring and leading a dynamic team to deliver cost-effective replenishment and seamless administration. Through exceptional coaching, strong leadership, and role modelling of high standards, you’ll ensure operational excellence in UK's most bustling airport retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate as part of the management team to ensure the smooth running of operational functions.

Scope
- Work with a blend of customer-facing and operational support leaders.
- Operate airside within a small to large terminal, overseeing a team of up to 20 members.
- Lead shifts during trading hours (04:00–22:00), with some locations requiring oversight of night replenishment teams.
- Manage stock replenishment, turnover, and administrative activities to support budgeted sales and cost targets.
