As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Data Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview:
As an Operations Data Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Travel Retail/Airline business. You will be responsible for maintaining and managing accurate and up-to-date data related to various operational aspects, ensuring that the information is readily available for analysis, reporting, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management:
- Collect, organize, and maintain operational data from various sources, including but not limited to sales, inventory, logistics, and customer interactions.
- Implement and enforce data quality standards to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

2. Database Administration:
- Manage and update databases related to operations, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Regularly conduct database audits to identify and rectify discrepancies or inconsistencies.

3. Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on operational performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data trends and identify areas for operational enhancement.

4. Process Improvement:
- Work closely with the Operations team to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains based on data analysis.
- Recommend and implement improvements to data management processes.

5. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing updates on data-related activities and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of data systems.

6. Training and Documentation:
- Develop and deliver training programs for team members on data entry best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to data management processes and protocols.

Flexibility is key, as the role may require working outside standard hours to support the operational business. (Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00).
