Pharmacist Store Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Fantastic Bonus and Benefits
Location: Milton Keynes
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Pharmacist Store Manager to lead one of our key locations. In this role, you’ll combine your passion for patient care with strong leadership skills to manage and develop your team effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
We need a professional and compassionate individual who’s committed to making a positive impact. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing team members
- A solid understanding of implementing company strategies to boost performance
- An MPharm degree (or equivalent)
- Registration with a relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, or PSI)
- High levels of professional expertise and respect from peers, patients, and external partners
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to address diverse customer needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store performance with a focus on customer care and satisfaction
- Provide expert healthcare advice and deliver high-quality pharmacy services
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in the pharmacy
- Coach and develop a high-performing team
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure safety for customers and patients
