A technology service provider is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to identify and cultivate potential customers for its products and services. You must have proven lead generation and b2b sales experience. This role is ideal for a proactive and dynamic individual who thrives on generating new business opportunities, building relationships, and supporting a high-performing sales team.


Key Responsibilities
- Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including online research and social media.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social media interactions to introduce the company's offerings to potential clients.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with business needs.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead and customer interaction data.
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads to support the sales team in meeting targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position the company’s offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report key performance metrics related to lead generation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in a lead generation or sales support role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sectors is a MUST.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage potential customers effectively.
- Research Skills: Strong ability to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to manage leads and maintain accurate records.
- Sales Acumen: Understanding of the sales process with the ability to identify and nurture potential sales leads.
- Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive results.
