What You’ll Be Doing:
New Business Development – Proactively generate new B2B sales opportunities through outbound calls, email, and digital outreach.
Account Growth – Build and maintain strong client relationships, expanding business opportunities and increasing revenue.
Solution-Based Selling – Understand clients’ communication needs and offer tailored Unified Communications solutions (VoIP, Mobile, Business Broadband, Cloud & Data Services).
Pipeline Management – Accurately forecast and track sales performance, ensuring a steady stream of opportunities.
Overcoming Objections – Use value-based selling techniques to navigate sales challenges and close deals.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven success in an outbound B2B sales role (preferably in telecoms).
Experience in self-generating new business leads and developing existing accounts.
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets & KPIs.
Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales strategy.
A confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels.
Professional, tenacious, and ambitious with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
