The Food and Beverage Manager will play a crucial role in elevating our customers' experiences by overseeing the food and beverage operations at our venue. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Menu Development and Management:**
- Create and update menus to align with customer preferences, trends, and dietary needs.
- Manage food and beverage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
2. **Team Leadership and Training:**
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional service.

3. **Customer Experience:**
- Oversee the food and beverage service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers.
- Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.

- Collaborate with event organizers to meet specific requirements and exceed expectations.
