The Food and Beverage Manager will play a crucial role in elevating our customers' experiences by overseeing the food and beverage operations at our venue. This position requires a creative, customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering high-quality service and managing a team to exceed customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Menu Development and Management:**
- Create and update menus to align with customer preferences, trends, and dietary needs.
- Manage food and beverage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.

2. **Team Leadership and Training:**
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct regular training sessions to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge.

3. **Customer Experience:**
- Oversee the food and beverage service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers.
- Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.

4. **Quality Control and Hygiene Standards:**
- Implement and enforce hygiene and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations.
- Monitor the quality of food and beverages to meet established standards.

5. **Collaboration with General Manager:**
- Work closely with the General Manager to develop strategies for increasing revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate on promotions, events, and other initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

6. **Budget Management:**
- Develop and manage budgets for the food and beverage department.
- Monitor financial performance, identify areas for cost savings, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.

7. **Event Management:**
- Plan and coordinate food and beverage services for special events and corporate functions held at the venue.
- Collaborate with event organizers to meet specific requirements and exceed expectations.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity in menu development and presentation.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
