GI Pro are working with a leading aerospace client in Leicester and are recruiting for a CNC Turner on a permanent basis. Working days and afternoons weekly rotating pattern.
Overtime paid at a premium - x.1.38 in the week & x 1.45 Saturday & Sunday

The Job: CNC Turner - Setter
- Setting up and running machines in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Control and adjust machine settings (speeds and feeds relevant to individual job dimension and material specifications)
- Inspect parts with precision measuring tools (Calliper, micrometre etc) at pre-determined frequency
- Working to tight tolerances in imperial measurements
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings.
The Ideal Candidate: CNC Turner - Setter
- Previous CNC turning experience at setter level as a minimum
- Experience in a manufacturing, mechanical or production environment.
- Able to work with measuring equipment & imperial measurements.
- Genuine interest the aerospace industry
- Punctual, motivated and enthusiastic
