Our Client based In Barnsley – Wombwell is looking for an experienced production operative to join their team .

This is a fantastic temporary to permanent opportunity.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Rotating Shift: 6am to 2pm - / 2pm to 10pm  / 10pm to 6am

Pay Rate:

£12.63 phr going up to £13.95 from 1^st of April

Job Duties :

·      Assist with the assembly, packaging, and labelling of products whilst maintaining legible records for quality control. This role will include some manual work.

·      Operate machinery effectively and efficiently within the production function of the business

·      Monitor production line/s, inspect output quality, conduct basic testing, document quality checks and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

·      Pack finished products, label, and prepare them for shipment or distribution. This may involve palletising, stacking, strapping and wrapping goods.

·      Able to learn how to use measuring equipment such as measuring tapes and verniers.
