Part Time Sales Support Administrator (JN -112024-61320) Wakefield, England

Our Client based in Wakefield WF4 is looking for Sales Support Administrator to join their team.
This is an ongoing part time position.
Working hours are Monday -Wednesday 9.00am -5.00pm
Pay Rate £12.50 phr
Key Responsibilities :
· Complete requests for product data to enable completion of customer portals etc. |
· Answer certification requests |
· Internal price file management |
· Updating Salesforce customer files – contacts, meetings, integration errors etc |
· Customer liaison for new product/range extension communications, samples, images, |
· Assist with completing customer presentations when required |
· Support ad hoc information requests |
· Compile internal sales feed analysis reports |
· Make internal requests for samples, stock, literature and marketing items on behalf of the sales team as required. |
· Quarterly Business Review Support – prep, file and follow up administration |
Working knowledge of MS office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, TEAMs Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) would be an advantage,
