About the Role
Our client, a globally recognized aircraft engine MRO specialist, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in aviation engines, particularly the GE90 series. This role focuses on OEM partnerships, commercial negotiations, new product initiatives and corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial negotiations and develop pricing strategies.
- Identify and manage OEM relationships & strategic partnerships.
- Oversee corporate communications & marketing initiatives.
- Drive new product development projects and manage key stakeholder engagement.
- Support leadership in strategic decision-making and business expansion.
Requirements
- Significant experience in business development, commercial, or a finance role within aviation an MRO or engine OEM environment.
- Strong business acumen, contract negotiation, and risk assessment skills.
- Experience in engine leasing & PbH products is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel internationally on short notice.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
