Our client is a globally recognized interior design agency specializing in luxury hospitality and transportation projects, including hotels, resorts, residences, and airport lounges. With a distinguished history of crafting bespoke, high-end design solutions, we are looking for a passionate professional to drive expansion throughout the GCC countries via our client’s office in Dubai.

Role: Business Development & Client Relationship Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Negotiable, with a performance-based component

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: 

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the hospitality, residential, and transport sectors across the region. 
  • Develop and execute a robust business growth strategy aligned with the company's goals. 
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and projects to ensure consistent growth. 

Client Relationship Management: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a strong partnership throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Develop and maintain longterm relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. 

Project Oversight & Management: 

  • Oversee the progress of all active contracts, ensuring projects remain on track, on budget, and aligned with client expectations. 
  • Liaise with the design and project management teams to address challenges and maintain quality standards. 
  • Monitor project milestones, provide regular updates to clients, and facilitate seamless collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders. 

Strategic Growth: 

  • Contribute to shaping the company’s growth strategy in the region by identifying trends, emerging markets, and key opportunities. 
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility. 

Requirements 

  • Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, or a similar role, preferably within the interior design or luxury hospitality industry. 
  • Strong understanding of the design process, project management principles, and the luxury market. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • A strategic thinker with a track record of growing business and fostering lasting client relationships. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment. 
  • Familiarity with the Middle Eastern market and its unique cultural and business landscape is highly advantageous.
