We are currently recruiting for the following position on behalf of our aviation client based in Saudi Arabia. Job Title: Rotary Maintenance Manager  
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Contract Type: Permanent, Fulltime onsite.
Aircraft Type: Rotary

Key Duties:
 

  • Plan and organize the maintenance activities for short- and long-term periods.
  • Responsible of all maintenance objectives and plans as well as the manpower.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all maintenance is being performed per OEM publications.
  • Provide guidance to deliver efficient work schedules and workflow.
  • Monitor on site jobs for contract compliance.
  • Supervise, coordinate, assign duties, provide leadership, and review the work of assigned staff and/or contracts for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.
  • Reviews report prior to submission.
  • Plan and direct production operations throw review of directives program documents and policies and procedural guides issued by high authority.
  • Ensure of progressing the On Job Training tasks of personnel on Aircraft s maintenance.
  • Decision makers for all maintenance aspects in coordination with responsible offices and all stakeholders.



Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
 

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Maintenance/ Aerospace or Equivalent. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-years’ experience in high maintenance management and maintenance team management       
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on H145 or similar platforms.
  • Ability and skill in maintenance planning for H145 Aircraft.
  • Highly proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Power Point, and Excel).
  • Must have the ability to work well with others as an overall team to accomplish all tasks and the missions.
