Our client, an international aerospace company has an opportunity for experienced Commercial Manager to join them on a short-term contract basis. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this role will support the Senior Commercial Manager with a high-profile business growth project. This role requires working within an integrated bid team in the UK and USA,

Role: Commercial Manager
Location: Bristol (Hybrid working is available)
Hours: Mon-Fri (2/3 Days a week in the Bristol Office)
IR35 Status: Inside
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain BPSS, Full SC is preferred.
Hourly Rate: Negotiable
Contract: Short Term (approx. 5 months, renewable).

Key Responsibilities:

This position is expected to fulfil a variety of tasks and responsibilities typically associated with a Commercial technical role, including, but not limited to:
 

  • Leads the drafting of proposal and contractual language.
  • Participates in the proposal and negotiation of agreements utilising approved contract terms and conditions.
  • Support proposal reviews in line with the internal gated process.
  • Supports / leads coordination and partnership with other internal functional disciplines, integrating business / finance / programme priorities to create solutions that balance business financial performance and customer relationship management
  • Supports the development and documentation of guidance related to new and updated contractual regulatory requirements.
  • Ensures compliance in the performance of contractual and business commitments, company policies, laws and regulations.

To be successful in your application it is a requirement that you hold UK ‘right to work’ at the time of application and that you can achieve a BPSS security clearance at a minimum, a full SC is preferred.
