On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Quality Lineside Engineer
on an initial 8-month contract. As the Quality Lineside Engineer, you will contribute to investigations and root cause analysis into reported quality/ quality technical issues from the business team and customer. Ensure appropriate containment and archiving, corrective and curative action is taken by the accountable function through multifunctional teams.
Role: Quality Lineside Engineer
Pay: £28.25 per hour via Umbrella
Location: Broughton
Contract: Monday- Friday, 35 Hours per week, 8 Months Contract
IR35 Status: Inside
Security Clearance: BPSS
Responsibilities
- Ensure appropriate containment and archiving, corrective and curative action is taken by the accountable function through multifunctional teams
- Perform Quality Inspections as per defined standards, Final Check and Attestation, Stop Points, Out of sequence work, including critical activities (when not delegated).
- Ensure Operational Surveillance (people, product and process).
- Provide feedback and coaching to Operations & Support Functions on Quality issues and observations from Operational Surveillance.
Essential Skills:
- Engineer/Inspection – Level 3/Quality experience
- Strong drive, keen to improve, hit the ground running
- Good Communicator
- Good IT Skills
