On behalf of our client, a prestigious VVIP operation based in the Middle East, we are recruiting for a Sous Chef on a permanent basis.  As the Sous Chef you must have experince managing a team of staff and have good knowledge of health and safety management.

Experience & Qualifications
 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a sous chef in an inflight catering kitchen, Michelin-starred restaurant, or 5-star hotel.
  • Experience in composing rotable menus at short notice
  • Experience in Western cuisine.
  • Open to Travel at short notice
  • Someone who is good at working under pressure
