Boutique law firm seeks a Marketing Manager to join their team. 

Job Summary

Administers all aspects of the firm's marketing, including: internal and external communications, branding, advertising, social media, event management, business development, community involvement and charitable efforts.

 General Accountabilities:

The job responsibilities of the marketing coordinator may include, but are not limited to:

* Work with individual attorneys and practice groups to plan and execute strategic goals and create marketing plans to support their respective practice areas

* Serve as project manager to the RFP process from conception to follow through (including soliciting RFPs from prospective clients, collaborating with attorney teams, writing proposals, collecting and organizing content, reviewing to ensure critical elements are included and submitted by deadline and logging outcomes) to ensure efficiency and quality

* Project and manage the firm's marketing budget and expenses with monthly and yearly projections.

*Responds to requests for information from the media, writes press releases or other media communications to promote the firm.

* Design print and web advertising and liaise with digital designers

* Launches and grows presence on social media platforms and ensures that the content aligns with the goals of the firm

* Coordinates processes associated with planning and coordinating events for clients and the firm.  Including budgeting, scheduling, site selection, acquiring necessary permits, coordinating transportation and parking, arranging for speakers or entertainers, arranging decor, event security, managing invitee lists, menu planning and caterer selection, identification of support services, equipment required and emergency plans.

* Coordinate all charitable efforts for the firm to increase community involvement and promote goodwill.

* Maintain the website current and up to date with news articles & staff changes as needed

* Coordinate/manage involvement in all conferences the firm or any partners/attorneys may attend, and also attend as a representative for the firm

* Conduct research to target specific companies or individuals as prospective clients

* Order and maintain inventory of all branded items for the firm, for both client gifts as well as internal use

* Coordinate and plan internal firm events (firm family day, staff birthdays & showers, holiday events, fundraisers)

Job Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field

Experience: Experience: 3-5 years of related experience;
