The Opportunity

• Lead the evolution and application of Large Language Models (LLM) to significantly improve business outcomes at Greenstone.
• Spearhead LLM model quality assurance and review, ensuring our AI solutions help us lead the market.
• Collaborate on the design, development, and deployment of new automation and AI projects that propel Greenstone to new heights.
• Leverage existing LLM's to drive greenstone financial growth; end-to-end implementation (design, build, deploy, and retrain).

What are we looking for?

• A bachelor's or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of software engineering or analysts experience across various domains, including Contact Centre optimization/Retail/Financial Services/digital marketing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset. Able to discover and interpret insight independently.
• Expertise in languages and frameworks like Python, PyTorch, Langchain, etc
• Strong experience building and deploying RPA Bots & AI apps in production environments.
• Passion for leveraging RPA & AI technology to transform and create new ways of working.
• Design, train and finetune large language models on GPUs to power AI agents.
• Maintain detailed documentation and code comments to facilitate understanding and future development.
• Motivated to learn and apply best practice to address industry problems.
• Outstanding communication skills, coupled with a proactive, team-player attitude.

Desired

• Industry experience in retail, financial services, or digital marketing is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and version control systems (Git/Bitbucket).
• 1+ years or more of hands-on experience with LLMs, showcasing your ability to navigate the intricacies of generative AI.
