Lettings Administrator - Hammersmith - £30,000 to £35,000 Dependant on Experience
My client, a prestigious independent Estate Agency in the West London area, are currently looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to assist with the running of their tenancy progression and front office procedures for the Lettings team in Hammersmith.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established brand coming into a friendly and family feel team who really take care of their staff.
Duties/Functions of the role:
- Handling tenancy progression process; sending out AST’s and pre tenancy information as required
- Checking and arranging EPC, Licence, EICR, Gas Safe, CO alarms etc to ensure all tenancies comply with current regulations
- Booking photos, floor plans and EPCs
- Overseeing outsourced reference process and right to rent
- Arranging inventory check ins, cleaning, minor works for new tenancies alongside property management team
- Sending out appraisal documentation & Terms of Business
- Overseeing AML checks and verification as required – Land Registry checks and vendors/executors/landlords and tenants
- Preparing for appraisals including arranging Land Registry and appraisal pack
- Managing instruction process including digital signatures
- Producing brochures and window cards – ensure both are correct and up to date with price changes
- Arranging To Let/Let By boards
- Diary management for the Lettings Team
- Launching properties on web portals and maintaining once online
- Preparing reports for weekly lettings meetings
- Managing and maintaining office supplies
- Maintaining local lettings price data
- Handling front of house; meet & greet and answering the phone
- General administration support to the team
Requirements of the role:
- At least 2+ years' experience working within Lettings Administration/Tenancy Progression
- Strong communication skill (written & verbal)
- A cheerful and positive approach to work
- Experience using 'Alto' software would be a bonus but is not essential
- Strong organisation and time management
- Excellent customer service skills
Salary Budgets: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum DOE
Required working hours: 9am to 6pm Monday – Friday. With the requirement of 1 Saturday a month 9.30am to 4pm
