We are seeking a passionate and skilled On-Site Physiotherapist to join their dynamic team and contribute to their mission of promoting workplace wellness.



Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced On-Site Physiotherapist who will focus on Work Cover and Risk Management. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality physiotherapy services, managing workplace injuries, and implementing effective risk management strategies to prevent injuries and improve overall workplace safety.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatments for workplace injuries.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to facilitate rapid and effective recovery.
  • Collaborate with employees, managers, and external healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice on injury prevention, ergonomics, and workplace safety.
  • Lead risk management initiatives, including workplace assessments and the development of proactive strategies to mitigate injury risks.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all assessments, treatments, and communications.
  • Deliver education and training sessions on injury prevention and safe work practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs and risk management strategies, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Australia
  • Current general registration with AHPRA.
  • Proven experience in workplace injury management and risk assessment.
  • Strong understanding of Work Cover policies and procedures.
  • Current drivers license + a fully maintained vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
