ABOUT THE ROLE.
You will be responsible for:
- Receipting/allocation of all client payments to invoices including direct deposits, bpay and credit card
- Allocation of credit and debit invoices
- Processing the administration and approval step of client refunds
- Weekly processing of underwriter payments
- Monthly processing of Subagent payments
- Additional ad hoc duties as required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year's experience in an Accounts role
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable benefical
- Intermediate Excel Skills is essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High level of accurate data entry skills
- Strong communication skills & 'can do' attitude
