ABOUT THE ROLE.

You will be responsible for:

  • Receipting/allocation of all client payments to invoices including direct deposits, bpay and credit card
  • Allocation of credit and debit invoices
  • Processing the administration and approval step of client refunds
  • Weekly processing of underwriter payments
  • Monthly processing of Subagent payments
  • Additional ad hoc duties as required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in an Accounts role
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable benefical
  • Intermediate Excel Skills is essential
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • High level of accurate data entry skills
  • Strong communication skills & 'can do' attitude
