£30,000- £32,000 Basic OTE £34,000

Monday to Friday -Working hours 8 hours a day flexi time.

 

My client a highly successful Automotive Dealership Group is now seeking to recruit a talented Automotive Service Administrator. An exciting role to support our clients busy front of house Service team. An individual who has great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile who is committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy, environment. As an Automotive Service Administrator, you will have a minimum of 2-3 years recent Automotive Service experience and be extremely organised, confident, and a passion to provide a service of excellence at all times is crucial in this role.

You will be the first contact with the customer to make a workshop booking for their vehicle. Strong communication and administration skills will ensure that you work efficiently to provide an easy customer interaction.

The Service Administrator position is a key role within the service team, and a fantastic and exciting opportunity to be part of a fantastic Automotive Dealership group.

 

Automotive Service Administrator Requirements:

  • You must have experience within the Motor trade.

  • Ideally looking for someone who has previous experience as a Service Administrator though may consider a Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity.

  • Up to date knowledge of Dealer Management Systems and experience of Kerridge / ADP.

  • Previous experience within an Automotive Administrator role

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Highly organised

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating with Aftersales and Parts on a daily basis.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

  • An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service.

 

Automotive Service Administrator Main Duties

  • Invoicing / Administration duties for the Service Department

  • Raising job cards

  • Obtain order numbers prior to work being carried out by the workshop.

  • To take ownership of customer requirements and ensure that they receive the correct level of service.

  • To liaise with the workshop control/supervisors to ensure the smooth running of the department.

  • Ensure all Credit Control queries are dealt with promptly and clear down daily.

  • Preparing invoices.

  • Maintaining accurate payment records.

  • You will take ownership of customer queries and resolve all issues through to your customer’s satisfaction.
