Salary: GBP18.22 - GBP18.22 per hour + company van

Looking to recruit a Painter/ Decorator Multi to undertake a verity of works for a leading housing association based in St Albans 

Responsibilities:

  • Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll carrying out responsive and planned painting and decorating to void properties
  • Including glossing, emulsion, and papering
  • Mould washing and condensation works 
  • You’ll ensure effective preparation techniques, producing “perfect” finishes to all applications, whilst delivering exceptional customer services, ensuring our customers always come first
  • Multi Skilled in plastering, tiling, would be advantageous

Requirements:

  • Must have full UK driver license for at least 12 months as company van provided 
  • Previous experience as a qualified Tradesperson is preferred
  • Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent

PAYE - £14.27 PAYE UMBRELLA - £18.22
