Planning Team Leader (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Reading RG2
Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: £19.73 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 5 planners, maintaining 98% compliance.
- Manage relationships between subcontractors and contract managers.
- Streamline planning processes and optimize efficiency.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align planning activities with organizational goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Proven people management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously, meet targets, and utilize Microsoft programs.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
