Job Summary/Introduction

The Logistics Coordinator will plan, operate and manage the supply-chain network, understanding inventory, freight transportation modes and routes. In addition, understand inventory management and its process in the warehouse, including confirmation of daily inventory, month-end inventory, and annual inventory.

Description
  • Plan, operate and manage the supply-chain network to make deliveries on time to destinations. This includes understanding inventory, freight transportation modes and routes.
  • Manage the incoming and outgoing of goods such as materials, materials, parts, and products in warehouses and factories.
  • Must have the ability to accurately register shipping slips and receipt slips in the ledger or ERP system (i.e. QAD / Oracle / SAP).
  • Understand inventory management and its process in the warehouse, including confirmation of daily inventory, month-end inventory, and annual inventory.
  • A minimum understanding of on-site work in distribution warehouses. In addition, the minimum on-site support is possible, and the on-site work should not be bothered.
  • Must have a strong commitment to on-site safety under the guidance of EHS.
  • Also, have a minimum knowledge of garbage including industrial waste.
  • Be able to handle and manage the overall administrative work associated with import/export operations with overseas without any problems.
  • Because the documents are written in a foreign language (mainly English), you must have a certain level of language ability.
  • Be able to smoothly negotiate and collaborate with forwarders, shipping companies, and other outside contractors, and manage costs and performance optimally.
  • Must be able to demonstrate leadership and lead each of the logistic team, warehouse, 3PL warehousing, and transportation.


Candidate's Profile
  • High level of experience in logistics management to conduct above tasks.
  • High level English skill for complicated communication with all parties involved.
  • Expert level on ERP/IT system to manage inventory and in-transit goods.
  • Full understanding of related compliance on logistics, PS, EHS.
  • Self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Registered Customs Specialist certification is preferred.
