Our client a Hospital based in Cork wishes to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager I in Cardiac Theatre for permanent full time position due to expansion.

* Must be registered General Nurse with NMBI & on the live register
* Must have a minimum 3 years full-time post registration clinical experience and a minimum three years’ experience in a people management role
*Demonstrable commitment to patient safety and quality
*Proven leadership and change management skills
*Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills
*Ability to make decisions with excellent organisational skills
*Up to date knowledge and experience of theatre practices
* Management qualification preferable or willing to undertake
* Must have excellent patient care
* Caring nature
* Approachable
* Be computer literate.
* Have excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities.
* Have the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
