Responsable Travaux Neufs Ratawi Hub / RFM Manager (TAS 110) Basrah, Iraq

We are looking for a Responsable Travaux Neufs Ratawi Hub / RFM Manager with the following details :

Terms & Condition:

Location : Basrah, Iraq ( site )

Start date: September 2024

Duration: 1 year ( subject for renewal )

Work Status : Rotation, 4 weeks ON – 4 weeks OFF ( 7 days a week )

Job Expertise Required:

  • We are looking for Responsable Travaux Neufs, with an experience of 15-20 years and preferably in Onshore facilities, and brownfield experience (SIMOPS, interfaces with Field Operations teams).
  • Experience with engineering leadership, leading multi-discipline activities, and well versed in design safety aspects of engineering.
  • Experience working with mature Onshore Affiliate.
  • Experience in small scale project management role from engineering, construction, and commissioning.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Familiarity with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Education: engineering degree or similar
  • A very good knowledge of TotalEnergies referential with the ability to know when it is feasible to derogate or not.
  • Former Works on difficult countries and multi-cultural management skills will be well appreciated.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.

Activities :

  • Define, develop/review the scope of work.
  • Responsible for the RFMs engineering scope, cost, and planning.
  • Responsible to execute Integrity works and AVIS (Like to like)
  • Coordinate the technical and management aspects of the RFMs.
  • Ensures design safety aspects are incorporated into the design.
  • Provides leadership to drive decisions for multi-discipline issues to progress the execution of the RFMs.
  • Budget monitoring and progress tracking, Define and adhere to project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Ensure effective communications with all the involved parties within TTE (Engineering team, FO, Drilling and Ph1 project and third parties (contractors, sub-contractors, vendors…)
  • Provides leadership and coordination with all involved parties to ensure engineering deliverables and plans are integrated to support procurement, construction, and commissioning/start-up activities.
  • Lead the preparation of bidding documents (Engineering and construction)
  • Lead field engineering activities.
  • Proper Reporting to the management
  • Ensure progress and successful completion of the project as per budget and planning.
  • RFMs Interfaces Scope of Work with other PROJECT Ph1 is a key element.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish performance metrics, evaluate results, and optimize processes and infrastructure.
  • Team Leadership: Lead project teams, set objectives, and assess team performance.
