The company:
An established Kent based contractor with a proven track record of delivering projects ranging from £250,000 to £5 million across new build and refurbishment schemes throughout the South East. Due to a run of successful contract awards that commence in the coming weeks the contractor is looking to increase the size of its project delivery team.
The projects:
Various schemes throughout the county ranging from fast-track CAT-B fit outs to small cut & carve refurbishment with values of circa £75k-£600k.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will be:
- Able to demonstrate previous experience of managing projects in a lead role.
- Flexible and able to work across several smaller schemes running concurrently which will involve travel within Kent.
- Be abe to build excellent client relationships as some of the projects are within a live environment and there will be a large amount of client interface on a day to day basis.
- Have a DBS certificate dated from 2022 onwards and be happy to have a new DBS checked performed against you.
- CSCS Card (NVQ Level 2 upwards).
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Temporary Works and Asbestos Awareness qualifications are desirable.
- A proven track record of managing refurbishment and fitout projects from site set up to close out and incumbent subcontractors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong paperwork skills.
- Good level of I.T literacy.
